Application

In DPH-260 roller-plate aluminum-plastic blister packing machine, the multi-servos are used, the control is accurate, the noise is low, the packing speed is fast, the machine properties are stable, and it’s convenient to exchange dies. DPH-260 roller-plate aluminum-plastic blister packing machine is widely used for the packing of medicines (including tablets, capsules, pills or irregular tablets, etc.), food or other products. DPH-260 roller-plate aluminum-plastic blister packing machine can be connected in the production line. With the width of 260mm, DPH-260 roller-plate aluminum-plastic blister packing machine and the cartonning machine are matched perfectly, the automation is high, and the working efficiency is high. When the cutting speed is 180times/min, the capacity gets to as high as 540cards/min (32400cards/h).

Features:

GMP standard: The whole machine is covered by stainless steel, transmitting parts are inside, and are separated from the operating area. There is the protective hood. The hood is transparent, and it’s convenient to observe. And it’s easy to clean. Compact structure: The machine covers only 5m2. The machine can be separated, which is convenient for the transportation. Dies’ exchanging: The servo driver is directly connected with the eccentric wheel’s pull rod, the forming chamber is integrated, and the design speed is 30 ~ 60times/min. When dies need to be exchanged, only several screw bolts need to be fixed, and it’s convenient. Wide application: Most of blister packing membranes can be used in this machine, including PVC,PVC/PVDC,PVC/ACLAR or COC cold-forming aluminum, etc. Areas isolating: The feeding area, the detecting area, the thermal sealing, the batch No. printing and the punching area are independent one another. Continuous sealing: The rotary sealing unit works continuously, it’s fast, stable and no impact, and the sealing effect is good. Batch No. printing& the punching: The batch No. printing and the punching are in a unit, and they are at same level, by which the vibrating is reduced greatly. Dies cover less area, and the cutting speed gets to 180times/min. Output: With the width of 260mm, it’s convenient to be connected with one or two conveying belts.
