SP series 100W 20 bottle per min highly automated charabash production line

Definition: a Bottle Unscrambler is a machine that scrambles plastic bottles into random objects and regularly arranges them neatly on the conveyor belt to meet the requirements of a high degree of automation. The function of bottle unpacking machine is to sort out the disorderly beverage bottles, and make them arranged in order and direction on the conveyor belt, and transfer them to other machines for the next process (such as filling, labeling, packing, etc.) at high speed and high efficiency, so as to improve the production efficiency of the whole production line.

SP Series Bottle Turntable is one part of the filling line equipments. Its responsibility is to feed the bottles into the conveyor in order for further production.

For bottles of different sizes, users may just need to adjust the bottle feeding lanes

Main Technical Specifications

Notes for use of bottle unpacking machine are as follows:

1. Before starting the machine, the compressed air must reach above 0. 6Mpa, and the fan must be opened first to ensure that the air duct is unimpeded.

2, the dial wheel in the occurrence of the bottle, need to reset to the normal position.

3. In case of bottle jamming or bottle squeezing, the host machine is shut down. After cleaning out the bottle mouth and adjusting the dial wheel properly, press the host button again.

4. If the host machine is shut down in the automatic state, please find out the reason if the photoelectric switch of the signal at the wind gate is loose and cannot sense the signal. Only after it is adjusted can it be started again.

5. In the automatic state, the safe door opens and the host stops. After the safe door is closed, the host can be restarted to improve the production efficiency.

6. All parameters have been set. Please do not change them at will
